Job Summary
Develop and execute complex pricing modules for commercial proposals by standardizing formulas across Janitorial, Landscape, and Maintenance service lines. Deconstruct facility contracts into granular cost components including labor, equipment depreciation, and supplies to ensure profitable bidding. Analyze market data to benchmark competitiveness against corporate margin targets while building Tableau dashboards that monitor gross margin trends. Partner with Business Development Managers and Operations to evaluate bids, manage internal ERP data, and seasonalize budgets. This role requires expert-level Excel skills and deep familiarity with facility services pricing.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience pricing out facility services
- Direct experience in Janitorial, Landscaping, or Building Maintenance service lines
- Advanced Excel Mastery
- Expert-level skills in complex logical formulas (IF-THEN-ELSE)
- Financial modeling
- Troubleshooting broken calculations
- A sharp analytical mindset
- A deep understanding of service-based labor
- An understanding of how operational levers (overtime, wages, supply costs) impact the bottom line
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
