Job Summary
Pricer at RWB Thrift responsible for assessing donated items to determine pricing based on condition, quality, and market trends; applying pricing strategies to maximize sales while maintaining competitive pricing; using pricing tools for accuracy across categories; collaborating with Pricer Support to cover absences; monitoring inventory and adjusting prices to optimize turnover; maintaining records of pricing decisions; communicating pricing strategies to team and management; adhering to pricing policies, customer service, and safety; supporting store initiatives and promotions through timely pricing execution.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail pricing or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate product value and market trends
- Attention to detail and accuracy in pricing assessments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using pricing tools and software applications
- Knowledge of thrift store operations and merchandise categories is a plus
