Job Summary
Price merchandise following a baseline price guide, applying special pricing for items of unique or exceptional value. Maintain a clean and organized pricing area while transporting merchandise to sales floors and stockrooms. Stock, display, and rotate inventory on shelves, performing markdowns according to agency policies. Provide outstanding customer service to ensure donor and customer satisfaction. Achieve production goals consistently to support timely inventory processing. Attend training sessions to stay current on merchandise knowledge, industry trends, and pricing standards. This role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs frequently.
Required Qualifications
