Job Summary
Process donations by receiving, sorting, and organizing items with attention to detail. Evaluate and price donated goods to ensure fair and competitive pricing while maintaining clean, organized, and safe donation areas. Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service, lifting up to 50 lbs a few times daily as needed. This role supports our nonprofit Christian ministry's mission to serve the community through affordable goods at four locations, driven by a commitment to love, purpose, and hope.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or environment
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times per day
- A keen eye for pricing items accurately and fairly
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
