Job Summary
Pricer role focusing on pricing merchandise to maximize value and maintain a shoppable sales floor. Responsible for pricing items, using the price grid, stocking and displaying merchandise, and adjusting prices to optimize sales. Requires ability to review weekly sales targets with management, price merchandise competitively, handle donations for pricing, and assist customers. Must work in a fast-paced retail environment, communicate effectively, collaborate with a team, and perform duties including stocking, labeling storage boxes, and maintaining seasonal merchandise. Physical requirements include standing, lifting up to 20 pounds, and occasional bending or reaching.
