Job Summary
Pricer responsible for pricing department merchandise, maintaining the price grid, sorting/donating items for pricing, stocking and merchandising on the sales floor, and helping to achieve department sales targets. Duties include reviewing weekly sales targets with store management, adjusting prices to maximize value, displaying merchandise, ensuring seasonal merchandise is stocked, and assisting customers. Requires the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, communicate effectively, and collaborate with a diverse workforce, including individuals with developmental disabilities. Physical duties include lifting up to 20 pounds and standing for extended periods.
