Job Summary
Develop the pricebook database for item-level scanning and maintain pricebook information across store locations. Work with merchandise vendors to develop database imports and EDI files while establishing relationships to ensure accurate data entry. Investigate pricing discrepancies with management and vendors, manage communication regarding scanning issues, and run reports to analyze data. Assist in writing user guides and train stores and the corporate office on pricebook implementation. This role supports the Director of Category Management in implementing pricebook systems at store locations using item-level scanning.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree
- Detail oriented
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to function effectively as a team member yet work independently
- Able to establish and meet deadlines and quickly develop clear priorities
- Able to communicate in a professional manner when dealing with employees, vendors, and Company contacts
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, change-oriented, high-pressure work environment
Desired Qualifications
- Software implementation/IT experience
- PDI Pricebook experience
