Job Summary
Serve as a Pricebook subject matter expert, creating and maintaining rebate parameters while monitoring payments and reconciling activity to the general ledger. Partner with Category Managers to track rebate programs and communicate with vendors to resolve invoice exceptions and discrepancies. Support inventory reconciliations, variance analysis, and the preparation of new store promotions, while overseeing reporting on Market Basket/Market Link data. Help develop new Pricebook and inventory processes to improve efficiency. This Full Time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm role requires an organized candidate with three years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and work within Accounting/Finance software
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Knowledge of financial data analysis
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Full Time Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
