Job Summary
Serve as a Pricebook subject matter expert, supporting the system and its users while creating and maintaining rebate parameters. Monitor payments, reconcile activity to the general ledger, and partner with Category Managers to stay updated on rebate programs and terms. Communicate with vendors to investigate invoice exceptions, resolve discrepancies, and make necessary corrections. Assist with the preparation and testing of new store promotions, support inventory reconciliations and variance analysis, and oversee reporting of Market Basket/Market Link data. Help develop and implement new Pricebook and inventory processes and procedures, looking for opportunities to make current processes more efficient and effective. Assist with additional accounting, general ledger, and operational needs as needed. Full Time Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and work within Accounting/Finance software
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Knowledge of financial data analysis
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license
