Job Summary
Review and approve N-ERP pricing condition requests, update price list types, and set up pricing conditions using the Create Pricing Simulation tool. Troubleshoot price blocks on transmitted orders and compare system calculations against approved conditions to identify discrepancies. Maintain master mapping tables for pricing conditions and manage annual DFI allowances by reviewing customer contracts. Update CPH and CCH tables with new models, material groups, and sold-to accounts; perform monthly updates to chargeback dispute accrual conditions. Process incoming eBulletin requests, validate data accuracy, and update mailing distribution lists. Generate sold-to account numbers in CIS and N-ERP, add ship-to numbers, and manage ongoing account updates. Submit VOC requests to HQ for account modifications.
