Preventive Medicine physician needed: Part Time or Full Time (Physician #)

Preventive Medicine physician contractor (MD/DO) to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Perform in-home visits focused on overall health and barriers to care, with pre-scheduled visits in the member's home. Do not prescribe medicines or alter a patient’s current treatment regimen. Independent contractor, 1099 status, with flexible scheduling and potential incentives; shifts available Monday–Sunday (no nights/weekends). Medicaid license or willingness to enroll strongly preferred; state license required. Benefits include airfare/hotel/rental car eligibility, malpractice coverage, and ongoing collaborative physician roles in certain states. Location support centers on Kentucky (KY), US. Earnings opportunity ranges from $3,000 to $5,000 per week (average 6–9 visits daily, base rate of $100 per completed assessment), with potential increases up to 135%–160% based on market multipliers and counties.
