Job Summary
Preventive Medicine physician contractor conducting in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Perform in-home visits focusing on overall health and barriers to care, reviewing medication history and conducting a physical evaluation in the member's home. Earn a weekly wage potentially up to $3,000–$5,000 with base rate per completed assessment and additional compensation via a pay-per-test model; flexible shifts Monday–Sunday with no nights/weekends required. Pre-scheduled home visits with health plan members; malpractice coverage provided; airfare, hotel, and rental car available depending on eligibility; licensed physicians (MD/DO) eligible, with state license required. Independent contractor role with 1099 status; opportunities for collaborative physician roles in certain states; both short-term and long-term engagements available.
