Job Summary
Preventive Medicine physician contractor needed to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities include in-home visits focused on overall health and identifying barriers to care, with earnings opportunities of up to 3,000–5,000 USD per week (average 6–9 visits daily, base rate of 100 USD per completed assessment) and potential increases up to 135% via Market Multiplier. Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday (no nights/weekends required) on a short- or long-term basis. Pre-scheduled in-home evaluations with health plan members; malpractice coverage provided; paid collaboration physician roles in certain states; 1099 contractor status; state license required.
