Job Summary
Physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health, identify barriers to care, and perform a physical evaluation in the member's home. Earn a weekly pay range of $3,000-$5,000 with base rate of $100 per completed assessment and potential up to 135% Market Multiplier; additional pay-per-test compensation for eligible visits. Flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday (no nights/weekends required). Short- or long-term basis with pre-scheduled visits, malpractice coverage, and travel support as eligible. Independent Contractor, 1099 status, state license required; pre-populated forms provided; no prescription changes. Location hint: Little Rock, AR, US.
