Job Summary
Preventive Medicine physician contract opportunity for in-home health evaluations with Medicare Advantage/Medicaid and selected commercial plans. Conduct pre-scheduled home visits focused on overall health, identify barriers to care, and complete patient-specific evaluations without prescribing medications or altering current regimens. Independent contractor role with flexible scheduling, including shifts Mon-Sun, with airfare/hotel/rental car may be provided; malpractice coverage and collaborative physician options in certain states. Earn a competitive wage with weekly earnings potential ranging from $3,000 to $5,000 per week, plus potential per-test incentives and a Market Multiplier. Requires MD/DO and active state license; Medicaid license enrollment supported by the employer is strongly preferred. Location: Camden, AR, US.
