Job Summary
Preventive Medicine physician contractors wanted to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and some commercial plans. Roles include in-home visits focused on overall health, with flexible shifts (Mon-Sun, no nights/weekends), pre-scheduled visits, malpractice coverage, airfare/hotel/rental car assistance, and potential pay via base rate plus per-visit and market multipliers. Requires MD/DO, state license, and ability to perform evaluations in patients’ homes without prescribing meds or ordering labs; Independent Contractor (1099) with option for short- or long-term engagement.
Required Qualifications
