Job Summary
Preventive Medicine physician contracted role offering in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage/Medicaid members. Conduct pre-scheduled home visits focused on overall health and barriers to care, with base pay per completed assessment and potential incentives (Market Multiplier and pay-per-test). Requires an MD/DO with active state license; independent contractor (1099) status; malpractice coverage; and availability for flexible scheduling (Mon-Sun, no nights/weekends). Location: Wisconsin (in-home visits in members’ homes). Compensation includes up to $3,000–$5,000 per week with potential higher earnings based on volume and incentives; airfare/hotel/rental car support may apply. Short-term or long-term engagement with paid collaborative roles in certain states.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- State medical license
- Independent contractor (1099) status
- Medicaid license or willingness to enroll (preferred)
- Malpractice coverage provided
- In-home health evaluations
- Experience with Medicare Advantage/Medicaid or commercial plans (preferred)
