Job Summary
Provide weekly one-hour, home-based Functional Family Therapy (FFT) to families with adolescents 10-18, with services lasting 3–5 months; carry a caseload of at least ten FFT cases; complete documentation in CSS and EHR; collect and report program data; conduct psychosocial evaluations, treatment and safety planning; deliver psychotherapy (individual, group, family); participate in supervision; collaborate with families, schools, and other providers; engage in crisis avoidance and strengths-based planning; schedule Monday–Friday 10am–6pm with on-call rotation; benefits include comprehensive package and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- MSW or MHC Degree
- 2-3 years’ experience working in a human services field, preferably with children and families
- Valid NYS Driver's License in good standing
- FFT Trained (preferred)
- LCSW or LMHC (preferred)
- Experience in delivery of service
