Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of occupational health and safety prevention programs in compliance with legal requirements. Participate in risk analyses, hazard identification by position, and evaluation of control measures while establishing and tracking occupational health and safety performance indicators. Sensitize managers on various occupational health and safety risks, coordinate the integration of new employees, and organize monthly manager meetings. Support managers in applying programs and procedures, manage accident declarations on the SMAAT platform, and collaborate with the indemnization team. Lead corporate projects including annual action plans, repetitive motion injury prevention, ergonomics, and digital tool development. Maintain up-to-date occupational health and safety documentation and participate in internal and external inspections.
