Job Summary
Lead and supervise prevention programs focused on mental health, wellness and substance use prevention for youth; oversee staff, facilitate groups, develop and evaluate programs; operate within trauma-informed, equity-focused framework and collaborate to address bias, equity, and inclusion in community settings. Requires leadership, staff supervision, reporting, outreach, group facilitation, program development and evaluation, and a valid driver's license. Knowledge of local resources and experience in youth-focused education are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Mental Health
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
- Knowledge and understanding of Newaygo County Resources
- Experience facilitating and leading groups
