Job Summary
Injury prevention specialist role focusing on proactive injury prevention, ergonomic support, and employee wellness within an industrial setting. Responsibilities include providing injury prevention, injury care, and OSHA-defined medical triage; conducting ergonomic assessments and making recommendations based on site operations and physical demands; collaborating with medical and safety staff to support occupational health initiatives; maintaining accurate documentation and providing feedback to stakeholders; generating reports with key metrics for leadership and operations management; and leveraging strong communication and computer skills to advance health outcomes and workforce wellbeing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
- CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain it prior to start
