Job Summary
Conduct assessments, intakes, and workshops; deliver individual, group counseling, and rap sessions. Facilitate evidence-based programs, pro-social activities, and community drug education forums. Develop and implement service plans while maintaining accurate records. Liaise with referral sources and participate in team meetings for work plan development. Attend ongoing trainings and model professional behaviors. May work evenings and weekends based on program needs.
Required Qualifications
- CPS or CPP
- CASAC-T
- 1+ years of experience in the provision of prevention services
- meeting the 60 hour Prevention specific trainings
- actively working towards obtaining CPS/CPP certification
- computer skills
- successfully complete a criminal background check
- clearance from the Office of Children and Family Services
- be drug free
- May be required to work evenings and weekends
