Job Summary
Oversee and supervise the Parent Support and Prevention program, including providing direct program supervision, coordinating referrals, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Lead staff training and coaching, ensure staff are trained in Motivational Interviewing and Nurturing Parenting Program components, manage monthly supervision and timesheet reviews, support grant planning and reporting, and drive program evaluation and quality assurance. Develop and maintain partnerships with key community stakeholders to sustain referrals; participate in external trainings, court hearings, and community meetings as required; contribute to organizational culture, performance improvement, and inclusive practices. Travel within surrounding counties is required, and the role supports a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, public administration, or a related human services field
- 2+ years of experience working in non-profit social service agencies with management experience
- Travel required within surrounding counties
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience supervising staff and coordinating program activities
- Ability to train and certify staff in Motivational Interviewing and Nurturing Parenting Program (NPP)
- Experience with program development, implementation, evaluation, and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with community partners and stakeholders
