Preventieadviseur (Niveau 2)

Oversee the global prevention plan and annual action plan, including tracking, adjustment, and evaluation. Conduct risk assessments through workplace inspections and safety rounds to identify hazards and implement targeted interventions. Develop, update, and maintain safety procedures, work instructions, and HSE documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards. Analyze the root causes of incidents and work accidents, formulate corrective measures, and monitor their implementation. Strengthen the safety culture by delivering training, running awareness campaigns, and fostering constructive dialogue with colleagues, managers, and the external prevention service. Requires the Preventieadviseur Level 2 certificate, strong French, and good English.
