Conduct safety analyses, formulate preventive measures, and perform regular site rounds to identify risks and motivate workers on industrial construction sites and factory floors. Coordinate safety operations for large-scale projects in Waregem, France, and across East and West Flanders, while actively participating in safety meetings to develop safe approaches for hazardous tasks. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and sector networks to support clients in developing and implementing their health and safety policies. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders from the workshop floor to senior management to ensure solutions are both acceptable and safe.
