Job Summary
Develop practical risk analyses and translate them into clear procedures and work instructions aligned with terminal operations. Collaborate with operational staff and managers to design workable safety solutions that meet legal requirements and daily realities. Support the implementation of safety protocols on the floor and organize toolbox meetings to reinforce the safety culture. Advise on workplace health, safety, and well-being while tracking actions from the Global Prevention Plan and Annual Action Plan. This freelance role requires a Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 with experience in logistics or port environments, working approximately three days per week in Willebroek.
Required Qualifications
- minstens een diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 2
- ervaring binnen een logistieke, terminal-, haven- of industriële omgeving
- ervaring met het opstellen van risicoanalyses
- ervaring met het ontwikkelen van praktische veiligheidsprocedures
- de mogelijkheid om medewerkers mee te nemen in een verhaal en draagvlak voor veilig werken te creëren
- de mogelijkheid om zelfstandig, pragmatisch en resultaatgericht te werken
- actief als freelancer
