Preventative Maintenance Worker

Preventative Maintenance Worker responsible for cleaning, maintaining and repairing heating and air conditioning equipment and control devices as directed by the PM Foreman. Perform tasks such as servicing air handlers, coils, drain pans, chillers, air compressors, thermostats calibration, belt and equipment maintenance, and responding to daily work orders. Maintain and repair building systems equipment, operate with knowledge of HVAC components, and coordinate with PM crew leader and supervisor. Must be able to lift heavy items and work in environments with varying conditions; on-site at Midland ISD facilities in Midland, TX. Education requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and a Texas driver’s license. This role may substitute with commensurate experience and/or certifications as determined by the hiring manager.
