Job Summary
Conduct preventive maintenance on gas, electric, water, refrigeration, and steam-powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment. Complete required paperwork for every job, including parts orders, work orders, and timesheets, on a timely basis. Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and status while monitoring truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked. Maintain service vehicles, tools, and uniforms using proper hand and power tools. Work flexible hours, including overnight or weekends, with extensive daily travel to work sites. Requires hands-on electrical and mechanical experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screening
- Valid Driver's License
