Job Summary
Conduct preventive maintenance on gas, electric, water, refrigeration, and steam-powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment. Complete required paperwork for every job, including parts orders, work orders, and timesheets, on a timely basis. Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and status while using proper hand and power tools. Monitor truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked and maintain service vehicles, tools, and uniforms. Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical work with high accuracy, requiring independent operation and strong attention to detail. Flexible hours and overnight/weekend assignments are required to meet customer needs, involving extensive daily travel to various work sites.
Required Qualifications
