Preventative Maintenance Technician

Conduct area inspections of the cement plant to conform to a predictive maintenance mindset, inspecting completed work for conformity to statutory and company regulations. Perform preventative maintenance repairs on all plant equipment including roller presses, crushers, ball mills, pumps, compressors, and screening equipment. Troubleshoot broken equipment causes and execute Job Hazard Analyses and Work Activity Evaluations while setting up equipment for contractors. Maintain appropriate records, produce written reports, and follow inspection schedules in coordination with Maintenance Management. Analyze procedures and methods within the area of responsibility to seek ways to improve operations. This role involves working in extreme heat, cold, and noise within the plant environment.
