Job Summary
Conduct preventive maintenance on gas, electric, water, refrigeration, and steam-powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment. Complete required paperwork for every job, including parts orders, work orders, and timesheets. Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and status. Monitor truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked and maintain service vehicles, tools, and uniforms. Use proper hand and power tools for repairs. Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical work with high accuracy and attention to detail. Work flexible hours, including overnight and weekends, with extensive daily travel to work sites.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screening
- Valid Driver's License
- Driving record that aligns with our safety standards
- Hands-on electrical and mechanical experience
- Ability to work independently
- High level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on work experience in refrigeration
- Necessary certifications or licensing for refrigeration work as required by state
- Good driving record
