Job Summary
Preventive Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive maintenance of gas, electric, water, refrigeration and steam-powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment; complete required paperwork, communicate repairs status professionally, maintain tools, vehicles, and inventory; hands-on electrical and mechanical work with a focus on safety, accuracy, and customer service; ability to work independently and accommodate flexible hours including overnight/weekends; include travel to job sites and handling up to 100 lbs with frequent lifting and climbing.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screening is required.
- Valid Driver's License and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.
