Job Summary
Conduct preventive maintenance on gas, electric, water, refrigeration, and steam-powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment. Complete required paperwork for every job, including parts orders, work orders, and timesheets, on a timely basis. Communicate professionally with customers regarding required repairs and status while using proper hand and power tools. Monitor truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked on the vehicle and maintain service vehicles, tools, and uniforms. Work flexible hours, including overnight and weekends, with extensive daily travel to work site locations. Perform lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs frequently in environments with hot grease and high temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screening
- Valid Driver's License
