Job Summary
Conduct preventive maintenance on gas, electric, water, refrigeration, and steam-powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment. Complete required paperwork for every job, including parts orders, work orders, and timesheets, on a timely basis. Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and status while using proper hand and power tools. Monitor truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked and maintain service vehicles, tools, and uniforms. Requires hands-on electrical and mechanical experience, ability to work independently, and a valid driver's license. Flexible hours, including overnight and weekends, with extensive daily travel to work sites.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screening
- Valid Driver's License
