Job Summary
Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including lubrication, adjustments, and parts replacements. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, recommend solutions, and document all maintenance activities while maintaining accurate records. Assist in developing preventative maintenance schedules and protocols, stay updated on industry best practices, and represent Grayson Carter and Son in a professional manner. Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work tasks. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, proven maintenance experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and ability to lift 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a maintenance role
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate and convey information effectively
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including uses, repair, and maintenance
- Must be physically able to lift 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Technical degree or certification
- Experience in a construction environment
- Ability to obtain Arsenal and FBI Badge
