Job Summary
Plan, develop, and implement all processes for the Machine Tool Maintenance team, including Corrective and Preventive Maintenance workflows aligned with Company Command Media and federal requirements. Manage day-to-day operations of the Preventive Maintenance program, evaluate PM plans and asset availability, and support the PM Manager in developing services and technology. Partner with Area leads, trades, and leadership to develop Preventive Maintenance plans, provide CMMS training, and manage material procurement and timekeeping. Fulfill on-demand data requests and support the development of reports and new services.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, and / or Data Planning
- Strong experience, understanding, and ability to use CMMS
- Proficient with Microsoft office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with experience to interface across all levels of the organization
- Experience working with Maximo, or other Computerized Maintenance Management System, including but not limited to SAP and PRISM
- Previous experience in the use and development of data reporting software, basic SQL database/query experience
- Ability to function in a challenging, result driven, fast paced, team setting
- Ability to work well within a team, and to foster teamwork with Internal Customers
- Experience interfacing, coordinating, and scheduling External Vendors and Suppliers
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve client/customer issues
- Proven record of cost reduction initiatives and efficient service order implementation to deliver solutions
