Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces, conducting minor repairs like tightening fixtures, changing bulbs, and patching walls. Inspect appliances, fixtures, grout, caulking, and furniture to ensure proper function while handling hazardous materials safely per Material Safety Data Sheets. Follow company safety policies, complete required training, and report accidents or serious issues immediately to management. Assist with emergency procedures such as evacuations and provide courteous service to guests. This role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and involves physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
