Job Summary
Proactively contact customers regarding upcoming or recommended preventative maintenance needs, review vehicle information to identify opportunities, and educate clients on maintenance intervals. Schedule appointments based on service department availability and maintain an organized system for tracking contacts, upcoming needs, and follow-up activity. Follow up with customers who have not yet scheduled recommended maintenance, coordinate with the Service Department to ensure work is properly communicated, and assist the Aftermarket Sales Representative with quotes and complex sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer contact information, open quotes, and completed sales.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years in a customer or sales role
- Highly organized
- able to prioritize multiple concurrent assignments
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of previously related experience in a service writer or sales role
