Job Summary
Remote 11-month contract role as Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship Compliance Specialist supporting Westinghouse projects. You will audit data inputs from contractors for prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements, verify completeness and correctness, create status reports and corrective action notes, input data into dashboards for recurring compliance reporting, review payroll for wage accuracy and fringe benefits contributions, gather certified payrolls and related documentation, conduct detailed audits, prepare findings reports, and serve as the main point of contact for prevailing wage labor compliance requirements. This role requires gathering project-specific requirements, communicating with responsible personnel, and coordinating compliance activities while traveling up to 15%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 3 years of experience in wage compliance/payroll administration
