Job Summary
Direct-service Pretrial Case Manager position focused on delivering case management to clients referred to the Pretrial Programs. Responsibilities include participant referral, intake, assessment, orientation, screening, data entry/maintenance, client monitoring, providing court date reminders, generating client reports, communicating with referral sources, enforcing rules, tracking participant activities, and ensuring contract objectives are met. Requires maintaining an up-to-date Pretrial Program Policies and Procedures Manual; Monday–Friday schedule with day and evening hours; 40 hours per week. Emphasizes confidentiality of all program, client, and agency information. Required Qualifications
- 4-year Human Service Degree preferred, or appropriate combination of degree and experience
- Case Management/counseling experience with Correctional clients
- Excellent computer skills; Comfortable using Microsoft Office products
- Exceptional organizational skills and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with clients with diverse backgrounds
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in assessment and screening applications for determining risk, need beneficial
