Job Summary
Maintain good relationships with the team while balancing workload across front of house and kitchen areas as requested. Serve customers efficiently, politely, and quickly by following the 6 Key Points of Service, busting queues, and ensuring products are presented to Pret standards. Create delicious food and drinks adhering to the 6 Key Points of Production, rotating stock correctly, and maintaining beautiful seating areas. Adhere strictly to kitchen health and safety standards, reporting any concerns immediately to management. Complete all required training in Hot Chef and Barista roles to act as a role model for the team.
Required Qualifications
- No more than 6 points on your licence and not disqualified from driving in the last 5 years
- Must be over the age of 21
- To have a good knowledge of Pret standards in all areas of the shop
- To understand the importance of the Hot Chef and Barista roles and have completed the training in these areas, as outlined in the TM training plan
- To consistently have high performance in till speed and accuracy
- To consistently have high performance in bench productivity while maintaining good MTS quality
- To complete and pass all TM and TM training in a timely manner
- To adhere to all aspects of kitchen health & safety and food safety in accordance with Pret standards
- To complete all training, to enable me to understand the Pret standards and safety processes I must follow
- To wear a clean and immaculate uniform at all times whilst on shift
