Mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons while maintaining accurate beverage inventory and controlling cash transactions. Manage the entire bar station, ensuring sanitation, cleanliness, and top condition at the end of each shift. Follow all required paperwork procedures, complete daily requisitions from the storeroom, and secure liquor and supplies at closing.
