Job Summary
Drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by building client relationships, performing product applications, and offering customized recommendations. Demonstrate ownership in achieving store objectives and key metrics through personalized consultations, clienteling tools, and executing promotions. Maintain visual merchandising standards, replenish products, and support store operations including asset protection and omni processes. Leverage training resources to build product knowledge, artistry skills, and expertise in beauty trends while encouraging repeat client interactions. Assist with assigned tasks as needed and ensure safety guidelines are followed. This hourly part-time role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves lifting up to 40 lbs. Candidates must hold required professional licenses and certifications.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Comfort with and enjoyment of assisting customers with makeup application and skincare services
- All required professional licenses and certifications, including any state-specific demonstrator or cosmetology licenses, as required by applicable state and local regulatory boards
- Must be at least 16 years old

- Ability to merchandise and replenish products timely
