Job Summary
Operate pressware machines and all associated packout equipment; perform material handling as needed; assist in problem solving; maintain attendance, productivity, quality and production records; adhere to safety and SOP policies; participate in a manufacturing environment with a rotating 12-hour shift and PPE usage; prefer a High School Diploma or equivalent; opportunities for growth in sustainable packaging manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Physically capable of moderate to heavy lifting (over 5 lbs up to 35 lbs) 70% of the time
- Physically capable of standing and walking over 50% of working time
- Rotating 12 hour shifts (12 hours per day, 42 hours per week)
- Wear PPE as required
