The Valve Technician role involves the assembly, inspection, testing, and calibration of control valves and related equipment, ensuring product reliability and performance through precision measurements and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience pertaining to maintenance and service of pressure relief valves
- Successful completion of all applicable Quality Standardization Procedures
- Ability to properly assemble and test valves/equipment of multiple relief valve manufacturers
- Proficient use of precision dimensional equipment (i.e. dial caliper, micrometer, etc.)
- Effective oral & written communication skills
- Demonstrated “can do” attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
