Job Summary
Operate lithographic presses and perform make-ready, folder setups, and color maintenance based on written instructions and job tickets. Ensure all crew members are trained to perform essential functions safely while verifying stock and ink specifications match job requirements. Execute quality pull sheet procedures, perform routine equipment maintenance, and report hazards immediately. Coordinate work schedules with team members and meet internal and external deadlines for customer specifications. Requires 5-10 years of related experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience as a Press Feeder
- 5-10 years of related job experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as with a crew/team
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
