Job Summary
Perform all press make-ready functions including hanging plates, loading ink and stock, and maintaining ink settings. Run print jobs after quality approval, verify job ticket specifications, and ensure all materials are available. Maintain consistency of quality throughout runs, troubleshoot job or press problems, and report malfunctions or supply shortages to leadership. Wash up the press upon completion of orders and maintain it in good working order while assisting in product packaging for internal and external shipments. Work the 2nd shift, weekends, and holidays, standing for up to 8-12 hours per shift.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Lithography experience
- Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training
- Must be available to work 2nd or 3rd shift, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift
- Frequently lift 35 pounds or more
- Stand on feet long periods of time
- Walk often
- Use of hands and fingers to perform job function
