Job Summary
Operate, set up, and monitor printing presses in a 3rd-shift manufacturing environment to produce high-quality, defect-free printed materials. Set ink flow, pressure, and speed; troubleshoot mechanical issues; perform routine maintenance; inspect materials for defects; maintain production records; and collaborate with production supervisors and quality control to meet schedules, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Shift differential applies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience operating printing presses in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to set up and adjust multi-color printing presses
- Basic mechanical aptitude and experience performing routine equipment maintenance
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures related to press operation
