Job Summary
Operate stamping press equipment according to established work instructions; load raw materials and unload finished parts during production runs; perform visual inspections to ensure quality; follow production instructions, safety requirements, and quality standards; package, stack, and move finished parts to designated locations; maintain a clean and organized work area; report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards promptly; support additional production activities and cross-training opportunities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
