Job Summary
Press Operator Trainee responsible for hands-on setup and operation support in a printing environment. Duties include preparing paper rolls and materials, removing and straightening newspapers, assisting with printing-press setup and operation, installing and handling printing plates, learning press configurations and production processes, and reading job tickets. On-the-job training provided to develop skills in operating printing presses and maintaining equipment in a team-oriented, safe workspace; forklift experience is helpful but not required, and strong attendance and reliability are valued.
